Spain Gets Bitter Costly Foretaste of its Beloved Trade Pacts

US brokerage firm Schwab Holdings and Malta-based OperaFund Eco-Invest Sicav have lodged a new international complaint against the Spanish State over its recent cuts to renewable energy subsidies.
